Mary Elizabeth Noel-Paiser, a cherished wife, mother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2024 at the age of 51. She was born in Plattsburgh, NY on November 13, 1972, to her doting parents Richard and Esther Noel, whose love and guidance shaped the remarkable woman she became.

Despite facing the challenges that life presented, Mary emerged as a resilient and inspiring figure, demonstrating to her children the importance of perseverance and a positive attitude. Mary was a woman of warmth, compassion, and devotion to her family. Mary's journey through life was marked not only by her personal achievements but also by her unwavering commitment to being a loving and devoted wife and mother. Her role as a spouse and mom was at the core of her identity, and she approached it with grace, strength, and a boundless love that left an indelible mark on her family. The bond between Mary and her husband, Christopher, was one built on partnership, shared dreams, and unwavering support. Together, they navigated life's journey, creating a home filled with love.

She reveled in the joy of spending time with her loved ones, always finding solace in their presence. Her cheerful laughter and genuine kindness created a sense of love and belonging that will forever resonate in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her. In her downtime, Mary relished the simple pleasures of life. She cherished moments spent sipping coffee, gathered around a cozy fire with her siblings. The holidays were an especially important time for Mary, as she skillfully prepared delicious feasts and effortlessly enveloped her family in the warmth of the holiday spirit.

She graduated from Saranac High School in 1990 and earned her Associate's Degree from OLVA in 1993. These educational milestones provided her with a solid foundation to pursue a meaningful career. Mary dedicated her professional life to serving others as a Jr. Court Analyst at NYS Mental Hygiene & Legal Services. Her commitment to justice and integrity extended beyond her personal life, symbolizing her dedication to improving the lives of others.

Mary's legacy lives on through her loving family, whom she adored unconditionally. She leaves behind her devoted husband, Christopher Paiser, and their precious children: Ryan (Breanna) Paiser, Victoria Paiser, Olivia (Nicolas Cruz-Ryan) Paiser, and Dylan (Aleyah Lafountain) Paiser. Mary's memory will be carried on by her grandsons Dawson Provost and Arlo Paiser. As we mourn Mary's passing, we find solace in knowing that her spirit will forever guide and protect those she loved. Her love, genuine compassion, and indomitable spirit will forever be cherished and remembered.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
