James Rascoe, 73, of Loon Lake, NY, passed away on November 1, 2026, at CVPH in Plattsburgh. He was born on January 23, 1953, to the late Richard and Margaret (Collins) Rascoe.

James worked many years for the Town of Franklin Highway Department & became the Highway Superintendent before retiring.

He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 37 years, Eva (Sulek) Rascoe; his parents, Richard and Margaret Rascoe; his brother, Kenneth Rascoe; and his sister, Linda (Rascoe) Parker.

James is survived by his loving children, daughter Charissa Rascoe, and son Dennis Rascoe and his fiance Amanda Tibbetts; his grandchildren, Seth Petrashune, Reese Tibbetts, Caleb Rascoe, and Mallory Rascoe; his brothers, Eric Rascoe and his wife June, and Donny Rascoe and his wife Vanessa; his sister, Janice Piller and her husband Danny; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Graveside Service will be held at the Church of the Assumption Cemetery in Redford, NY, on Friday, November 6th, 2026 at 1:30.
