James C. Monty, 83, of Romeo Circle in Plattsburgh passed away Friday January 30, 2015 at the UVM Health Network CVPH in Plattsburgh. He was born in Plattsburgh on July 27, 1931 son of the late George and Margaret (Powers) Monty.
Arrangements will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements have been placed in the trust of the Heald Funeral Home, 48 Court Street, Plattsburgh.
