Edwin E. Macomber passed away October 14, 2022 at The Cottages at Garden Grove in Cicero, NY. Edwin was born the son of William D. Macomber and Margaret (Zohe) Macomber on October 24, 1929.
Edwin was a lifelong farmer and served honorably in the US Army. he liked stock car racing and watching NASCAR. He enjoyed classic cars and collected many throughout his life. Edwin retired from The North Syracuse School District after 35 years as a custodian.
Edwin was predeceased by his two brothers Alvin and Floyd Macomber and one sister Beatrice (Macomber) George. Surviving is one sister, Elizabeth (Macomber) Andrew of Ellijay Georgia, nine nephews and one niece and many great nephews and nieces.
A private graveside service will be held on October 20, 2022 at The First Congregational Church In Lewis, NY. A memorial service celebrating the life of Edwin will be on November 3rd, 2022 at The Fellowship Baptist Church in Parish at 2604 US Route 11 in Parish, NY.
