David P. Manning, 87, of Seneca Drive in Plattsburgh passed away Monday October 17, 2016 at UVM Health Network CVPH in Plattsburgh. He was born in South Burlington, Vt., on January 4, 1929 son of the late Gerald and Elizabeth (Davis) Manning.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
